Here are some pictures of Archer in Hawaii. He loved the beach and water. He was fearless in the water! (Which made us parents a bit scared, since he doesn't know how to swim!) And Archer continues his obsession with the solar system and planets. He only wants to watch documentaries about these subjects. We offer up other programs like "Sesame Street" or "Super Why", but he always asks for "planets", "Jupiter", '"Saturn"' instead. So, that's what is on the iPad in the second photo, while in our hotel room in Hawaii. He recites all the planets of the solar system in order and now is learning the moons of Jupiter. He asked me to spell "Ganymede" the other day. I had no idea, so i had to look it up!
Archer also enjoyed all the animals that were at the hotel in Hawaii. It was like a zoo in there! He even got to pet a penguin, but didn't enjoy it as much because he was still mad at mom for making him wait his turn. We are working on patience!
And Archer had his two year old check-up with his pediatrician the other day. He's a few ounces shy of 30 pounds(50th percentile) and 37 inches tall(100th percentile!) and healthy all around! We feel very lucky that Archer is such a healthy, bright and fun little boy!
